01Information we collect

This website has no contact form, no analytics, no tracking cookies and no third-party scripts other than a webfont request to Google Fonts. Browsing it collects nothing about you.

If you choose to email us, we receive whatever you put in that email. Typically:

• Your name, so we know who we're talking to
• Your email address, so we can reply
• Your message, so we understand what you need

Nothing beyond what you voluntarily send us is collected.

02How we use it

Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and for any follow-up conversation related to it. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not share your details with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

03Third-party services

Email sent to us is delivered and stored through our email provider, which processes it on our behalf. Webfonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request. No other third party receives your data through this website.

04Client data

Where we're engaged to build or maintain systems, we may be given access to data belonging to a client and their customers. That access is governed by the engagement agreement rather than by this policy. As a rule we work in the client's own environment, under the client's own accounts, and we retain no copy of client data once the engagement ends.

05Data retention

We keep your contact information only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for any follow-up. Once communication is complete and there's no ongoing business relationship, we delete it within a reasonable timeframe. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us directly.

06Your rights under the NZ Privacy Act 2020

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to:

• Request access to any personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of any inaccurate personal information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner if you believe your privacy has been breached

We respond to privacy requests within 20 working days, as required by law.

07Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. This site is served over HTTPS.

08Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any change will appear on this page with a revised date.
